The Pink Panther

Two and a half stars out of four. I never saw the original, but I think I might now, having seen the remake. This movie does have its hilarious moments, several of them, so if you need some cheering up, you might go see this movie. On the downside, Steve Martin's fake French accent wears thin after a while, and there are some slow parts to the movie where nothing funny is happening. Basic synopsis: A bumbling French detective (played by Steve Martin) investigates the murder of a French soccer coach and the theft of his Pink Panther diamond. Also starring Beyonce and Jean Reno.
