Children of Men

Three stars out of four. Somewhat graphic at times. Intelligent plot with a few memorable characters, although it offers no real explanation of why the women were infertile. It kept me engaged the whole time, although it's not an "edge-of-your-seat" film. Basic Synopsis: It is the year 2027, and all of the women on the planet are infertile. The youngest person on earth is 18 years old. In this futuristic world, a man is contacted by his friend, who runs a terrorist organization of sorts. She wants him to transport a young black girl to a safe house, with the intent of eventually getting her to The Human Project, a group of scientists dedicated to solving the infertility problem. The catch is, the girl is pregnant, and no one must find out.

Thr3e

Two stars out of four. Screw Cineman Syndicate again. In their review, it seemed like they didn't even watch the movie. They got a character's name wrong, and another character's job and/or relationship to the protagonist wrong (depends on how you look at it). Now for MY review. It was a brilliant plot, but poor acting. It was based on a book by Ted Dekker, who, I hear, is an excellent author. Basic Synopsis: A police psychologist's brother is killed by a serial killer known as "The Riddle Killer". The killer next targets a seminary student, and he and the psychologist must figure out how and when the killer will strike in order to save his life.

Night at the Museum

Three and a half stars out of four. Screw Cineman Syndicate and their reviews. This was a good movie. Excellent family film, all around feel-good movie. Brings out your inner child. Basic Synopsis: The new night guard at the Museum of Natural History discovers that everything in the museum comes to life at night, and he must manage the chaos in order to ensure that nothing escapes the museum.

Casino Royale

Two and a half stars out of four. Perhaps I'm just not a James Bond fan. But I really don't think this movie was worth all of the hype that it got. It had it's funny moments, particularly the interrogation scene, but there were other parts that made me roll my eyes. James Bond actually loving a woman? *cough* bullshit *cough*. Basic Synopsis: It's 007...You already know what's going to happen.
